Please note that you will be required to pay for services at time of booking. You will have 24 hours BEFORE  your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment AFTER the 24 hour cut off your payment for that appointment will be forfeited and you will need to restart the booking process over with NO REFUNDS or funds being transferred from previous forfeited payment(s) for future appointments.

Any cancellations that are made BEFORE 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you may reschedule your appointment for another day without having to repay for services. Or if you do not wish to reschedule your appointment you will receive a full refund of the prepayment for that appointment. Please contact us directly if you are having any issues with rescheduling.

We WILL NOT be responsible for rescheduling or canceling your appointments. Upon booking you will receive an email with instructions on how to reschedule or cancel. It will be your responsibility to manage your appointment(s) accordingly.

You will have a 15 minute grace period to arrive at your scheduled appointment. If you arrive after the grace period your appointment will be CANCELED and it will be treated as you not contacting us within the 24 hour time frame requirement for cancellations.

We take your time serious and we would like for you to do the same for us. Please be mindful of your appointment times so that you are not charged extra.

***Please be aware that we monitor booking, if you book a service and it is determined you have contraindications, your appointment will not be accepted or canceled. This is because we want individuals to book services that best suite their needs. We are not in the business of just taking an individual’s money.  We will be providing treatment plans (First Assessment Facial) for those who are serious about their skin care journey and health. These plans will include the next services needed to obtain optimum results and what best suites your needs. Please be aware that your appointment will NOT be on the schedule until it has been accepted.

*For first time facial clients, you will need to book the First Assessment Facial.

*Any clients who have already been assessed and do not have any major corrective skin issues may book for the Relaxation Facial. If you do not meet this criteria your appointment will be canceled.

*Please note that the time listed for the service is an approximate time frame. We aim to provide QUALITY services so your service duration may vary.

***You must be 18 years old or older to receive any of our services without parental/guardian consent. (guardian/parent must be present at time of service and sign parental consent waiver. We will reserve the right to refuse service)*** Please do not bring any children or extra individuals to your appointment.
